First ever client of UXcorp, Cloud city vapes is a franchise located in Ilford and Grays that also has a online store which sells e-cigarettes and accessories.

Client Needs:

• Create a new logo

• improve layout, design and experience of the webpage.

• Upload 500+ products with unique images and description for each product.

• Each product to be organised and tagged correctly for accurate filtering of products.

• Create a click and collect feature.

• Create banners, sales banners and edit product images using Photoshop and Canva.

• Manage the website every weekend to ensure the website is up to date by adding products, removing products and creating slideshow images on photoshop of weekly product sales to update the homepage.

• Ensure the website is user friendly by carrying out A/B testing by showing two different versions of the same webpage to a number of users and studying which layout/design has the leading conversion rate.

• Manage social content.
